Membership Types
Everyone is welcome to join Normandy when there are bonds available. There is no residency requirement. Below is a description of the required bond and the membership types as well as the 2026 prices.
Bond
Normandy is a member-owned facility. A bond must be purchased to be eligible for membership. Normandy has a total of 345 Family bonds, 25 Single Bonds, and 12 Empty Nester Bonds. We currently have a waitlist for the 2025 season. Contact [email protected] if you wish to be placed on the waitlist.
Bond price is $300 for all membership types.
Family
A family membership includes one or two cohabiting adults residing in the same home and their dependent children as defined in 26 U.S. Code § 152. Only membership eligible to participate in the Seven Hills Swim and Dive League.
Annual 2026 dues for a family membership are $702.00 plus tax.
Single
A single membership includes one adult over the age of 21 not claimed as a dependent on a family membership. The spouse or partner of a single member may visit as a guest using a separately purchased guest pass.
Annual 2026 dues for a single membership are $325.12 plus tax.
Empty Nester Membership - Two cohabitating adults who previously held a family membership for more than five years, but no longer has any depend children on their membership. Please reach out to [email protected] if interested in transitioning to an Empty Nester membership.
Annual 2025 dues for an Empty Nester membership are $483.60 plus tax.
Lifetime
A lifetime membership is a bonded member who has owned a bond and paid annual dues for 25 consecutive years. A lifetime member is exempt from annual dues and may continue to use the facilities at no charge. Your bond must be returned when transitioning to Lifetime membership. Lifetime members are subject to special assessments applied to all memberships.

Applications can also be mailed to Normandy Swim and Tennis Club, PO Box 41, Loveland, OH 45140. Please make a copy of the application and submit via email or snail mail. There is currently a waitlist to join Normandy. Once your application is accepted, we will contact you to set up your membership account.

Bringing Guests2026 Guest Pass Prices
Individual - $10.00 10 Pack of Individual Visits - $50.00 Guest passes and punch cards are sold in the snack shack. Nanny/Caregiver Pass - $50.00 A one season nanny or caregiver pass may be purchased by any member. This will allow a caregiver other than the Normandy member to accompany the child(ren) for an unlimited number of visits. An individual with a nanny/caregiver pass must be present with a Normandy member (child) to be admitted. Nanny/caregiver passes are purchased in eSoft. |
