Bringing Guests
We love guests at Normandy! Because Normandy is a membership facility, all guests must be accompanied by a member. Guest passes can be purchased at the Snack Shack or via a manager if the desk is unattended.
- Guest fees are $10 per guest, per visit. Guest 2 years or younger are free
- 10 visit punch card can be purchased for $50
- No Guests allowed on Federal Holidays.
- Nanny/Caregiver pass may be purchased for $50 via your eSoft account. This applies to a non-member babysitter. There is no limit on how many times a babysitter or childcare provider may accompany members’ children to the pool. Nanny/Caregivers must be at least 13 years of age.
- The Board requests that all members keep in mind the intent of guest privileges is to allow members to share the Club occasionally with family or friends that are not members. Guest privileges do not replace membership and no member should host the same local more than six times during the same season. Guest privileges will be revoked for abuse of this policy.
Booking a Party at Normandy
Normandy is a great place to host your summer party. Kids and adults alike enjoy the laid-back atmosphere of a summer pool party. Parties may only be booked by a Normandy member but non-members are always welcome as guests of the party host. Parties may not be booked on Federal Holidays or during large Normandy events. There is a 5 to 1, child to adult ratio required for all parties.
SHELTER RENTAL PARTIES
Renting the shelter or deck for a party during normal operating hours is our most popular party rental. Both the shelter and deck may be rented Mon-Thurs and the shelter only may be rented Fri & Sat. The shelter rental fee is $100 for 3 hours and must be reserved and paid for in advance.
Members are permitted to have up to 15 guests for $10/guest or a punch card may be purchased. On the day of the party, the front desk will record your party guests. Standard guest fees apply during parties and Normandy members are free. Please see the manager on duty to pay guest fees before the end of your event. You only pay for people who actually show up! To ensure we have proper lifeguard coverage, parties expecting more than 30 people require approval by the Board of Trustees, must book at least 2 weeks in advance, and will be charged an additional guard fee of $20 per hour/guard or current labor rate.

PRIVATE PARTIES

Guest may come any time while the pool is open but after the pool closes at 9pm, it's all yours! After hours parties start at 9pm and go until 11pm. Fees for an after hours party start at $200 depending on the number of guests and the number of lifeguards required. There are a limited number of private parties booked each year.
